5204 is the bees knees but I can't imagine constantly having to set it. Frankly, to me, manual wind on a perp calendar is absurd even though it's classic Patek. I'm much too ocd to wear a watch with the wrong date, mp, month etc...Imho of course.

I voted 5370 as well for the same reason and as I didn't realize who was posting the question at the moment I voted...

Manual is so amazing but you have that covered in spades...

MR is the ultimate Patek complication and that particular model is stunning with the unique micro rotor which of course is not by accident, the hammers deserve a nice full wind throughout the day generated by an auto movement so when they strike they sound their best.

It would be a magnificent choice no matter which you choose
