I have heard that the sales rep at Swiss Luxury is not very nice. Is that true?

i don't remember his name now but the gentleman i talk to was very nice, kind and respectful. his biggest concern was that i got exactly what i wanted. i specifically asked for a ladies platinum yacht master still in the protective plastic with all proper packaging and papers stamped from the original ad for my wife's birthday. that is exactly what i received within 24 hours of when i ordered it. since it was the first time i had ordered from them i used a credit card in lieu of sending a bank wire and receiving an extra discount just to be safe. i also checked the serial number at the 6 oclock on the case under the bracelet attaching point to see if it matched the paperwork and tags, it does. i should have sent the bank wire and saved the extra money because everything was perfect. lol this post reminded me that i haven't checked to see how accurate the watch is. we received it on 3-4-08 and today is 7-19-08 without counting it up exactly that is about 4 and 1/2 months and it has gained 24 seconds in that amount of time. it looks like it is gaining about 1/2 second a day. i would say that is well within cosc spec!! lol i certainly don't know how many people work there but my experience was perfect and if they have the watch i want for the best price when i am ready to buy the next one i will buy it from them.
