Incoming! Orient Blue Ray II and Orient Mako XL (Green)

Hey friends,

I picked up these watches brand new from eBay. I wanted to add a bit of color to my collection, and also have a couple of watches for when I know I'm going to risk putting my watch through a particularly rough time.

I'm thinking of putting the Blue Ray on a black or navy silicone strap, but wait and see.

I'm also considering replacing the mineral crystals with replacement sapphire crystals, but I'm undecided.

What do you think of these Orient beauties?

I have been extending my views beyond just Rolex, and although I have never seen them, I think they look great for someone starting out about watches...

Nice! I like them. I just saw a guy on the 5 train tonight with the Blue Ray, it looked great.
