Awesome. Hopefully, this becomes THE thread for CK2998 posts!
Well, we can hope, anyway. What is your wrist size, BBB? |

I got the call today. I would have bought it a few months ago if I could have pre ordered. Now I've been looking at other things and I'm not sure it's going to be a go.

Man, those are great! These watches had to grow on me a bit at first but this topic makes it even easier to appreciate this lovely piece! Keep the pictures coming!

A few pics of mine.
On 1125 that I just picked up. On Colareb leather with RHD deployant.

Put mine on a cordura racing strap. Already have an Omega deployant clasp.
I love the look of the OEM blue alligator leather, but will save that for non-casual occasions. The cordura strap is more casual, more moisture tolerant, and the deployant will preserve it's shape even further. Still thinking about a bracelet. Maybe for Christmas. |

[QUOTE=Cabaiguan;7012043]A few pics of mine.
On 1125 that I just picked up. I could not agree anymore on how nice the 1125 combination is and completely changes the complexion of the watch. Well done |

I ordered it directly from the Omega boutique. Completely changes the complexion of the watch in my opinion and loving it!

I've had my eyes on a CK2998 since they were announced and have an opportunity to get one. I had been thinking about another 114060 Sub no date (same money) but now I see your pics on the bracelet this is seriously swaying me.
Can you tell me how much the bracelet is, what other bracelets would fit and explain better the difference in end link options. Sorry for the questions Im a relative newb to Omega |

Nice racing bracelet! Can you post a picture that shows how level the top of the end links sit with the top of the lugs?

There is a step down. BUT guess what, it does too on the racing speedy it came off of!

Thanks, really good angle. And yep, I have seen the step down on the speedy racing. Still looks good to me. I've got some straps I'm awaiting for my CK2998. I may revisit the bracelet option around Christmas, and if so, I'll go with this racing bracelet. |

Here's mine. Still on the OEM strap as I'm waiting for some new straps to be made. I may end up getting the bracelet for it too at some point.
