Same here, cool pieces but even if I had 100K to put in a watch it wouldn't be my choice...

You have 20 days...the offer was through this year (and for 40th).

Better get on it, but then again I have a feeling my money is safe

I can't stand the embossed lettering.
Beyond that, it's as beautiful (or otherwise) as any other 5711A.

For some reason I prefer the R out of all the 5711's. It's warmer.... and the dial is more interesting. The P's and A's are cold...

Hated the photo renderings but I must say it looks very subtle in live photos. Not a fan of the engraving on the dial though although having it in platinum would be amazing.

If Karl buys, owns a 40th plat and proves it to me (receipt etc to my satisfaction) by December 31st I will gladly get his 17 membership...

I keep my promises.

PS - There are several PP thread members that should pledge one as well (cough, cough)

I like the R best out of all of them also and think money wise it's the best deal, you can get a discount and for around 15K to 20K more than steel you get an all gold watch and bracelet. The brown dial rose gold combo is awesome.
