Help with an oyster lipton is appreciated
So Iv been looking for a lipton for a while now that was affordable and I found one on ebay that I purchased for what I think was pretty cheap and it appeared to be pretty original but upon receiving the watch and inspecting it, my excitement isn't what it was to say the least. I was wondering if any of you can shed some light on whether this is a Franken or not and if it's worth putting any money into to make it wearable. The biggest thing is there is no screw down crown and I think the crown is just a regular crown. The movement is a cal 59 and the case back seems to go along with what the watch is but I'm not sure if it's a true oyster case unless someone made it so it just had a regular crown.. pics will follow thank you

Also if I end up keeping it, who's a good person to send it to, to get it resumed and serviced (from what I can see it'll need a new hairspring and possible Balance staff). Any estimates on cost?
