does anyone have any experience with Rolex in Geneve?

I contacted them regarding my ref 1675 which needs servicing.
I expressly asked about the dial / hands with patina policy and they kind of didn't reply, just telling the watchmaker needs to see the watch prior to releasing an estimate and tell what is optional or not.
I refuse to have the dial and hands replaced and I don't want to waste money and time sending my watch there and then refuse to get the job done.
So does anyone here have any experience?

Just let the RSC know specifically that you do not want the dial and hands to be replaced. If they insist, refuse the service and send it to a private watchmaker. Could consider LA Watchworks.

Sending the watch and then refusing the service will cost 140 euros alone for shipping. They charge 80 euros to send the watch back and sending it with Fedex or similar is going to cost 50 / 60 euros. So as you can see it would be a waste of money. I am considering fitting an original service dial and some aftermarket hands prior to sending the watch.

Yes in Milan, but they refuse to receive the watch directly. They want me to drop it at a Rolex dealer and ask him to send the watch to them.

Are you saying that an Italian Rolex AD isn't competent to stick a Rolex in a box and ship it?

Exactly, can't trust them, they made a total disaster in the past I had to put a lawyer in between.
