Is 116613 blusey discontinued?

I visited Finks jewelry to buy my first rolex yesterday and they have only one blusey was in stock. Asked them for the discount but the sales person said blusey is discontinued and can't give me any discount :(... is it true?

That would be the lie of the century... Just head over the FS section and find a Trusted Seller you're comfortable with.

If, by chance, the watch in question is a flat blue (smurf) 116613LB, then technically, yes that model has been discontinued as it only comes new from the AD with sunburst blue dial. Still shouldn't dictate no discount though.

Although I do agree about the flat blue dial is no longer made.

There’s some flexibility on TT sub bluesy. I can’t imagine it being heavily discounted as a DJ model. But there should be something.

My AD told me the same, the bluesy and hulk will both be hard to get the rest of the year.

AD's may not have them, just go to for sale section here and find a reputable TS. They have 'em.

Steps to Shady Sales:

Step 1. Convince prospective client that something is rare/about to be DC'd.

Step 2. Complete transaction.

Step 3. Client returns unhappy about misinformation.

Step 4. State you didn't say prior statements or admit that you are/were new (depending on timeframe) and that now you know better.

Step 5. Give complientary overpriced sparkling water and repeat tactic with an 'at cost' sale.

Great. The level of BS has gotten so high, now every watch is going to be discontinued and is super valuable.

There are a few of these threads started by "new" members with very low posts. I'm thinking we're all being trolled. It's working since so many people are getting their panties in a wad.

This is being told to ADs but they then take creative license in making it gone for good.

Actually it was my second visited there and the first visit, there was young sales person wrote me a quote on his business card that they willing to do 10%discount which is $12060.
And now they try to saying that sunburst dial is really hard to get it and cant do any discount. The young sales person was new and he misquoted to me lol

Hoping for flat blue 116613LB

I know discounts from ADs can be hard to come by... any thoughts on getting (substantial) discount on 2nd watch purchased at the same time.. plan on buying a Sub and Tag Carerra as a gift
