116500 on a strap questions

Hi all,
Does anyone have any pics of a 116500 on a leather strap with endlinks?

I personally love the look of the Daytona on a leather strap. I've almost pulled the trigger on the RG Daytona with the chocolate dial several times but hasn't done it yet. I'm thinking until I build up the courage the 116500 on a strap could still be cool.

I'm assuming you need aftermarket end links?

Just FYI A WG Daytona on a strap doesn't run that much than SS.
That's my next Daytona.

I have an old 20mm Gator strap that I tried on my 116500 Oysterflex converted watch. It didn't take cause the strap was too big for me. I'll throw it back on to take a photo for you later today. It looked awesome! I already reached out to my AD to see if I can order the right size.

I, like you, am constantly on the fence to get a PM version. Love the strap look! For now here's my 6500 on Oysterflex.

Do you use end links with the gator strap?

yes! btw, forgot to mention I bought these end links from George (Smartyjones18). He was awesome to work with. Just shoot him a PM.

Full Disclosure, I don't get a perfect fit on the OF bracelet. There's a little bit of play. When worn on the wrist however, the end links don't really move at all, but off the wrist there's some room for them to play around. On the leather strap though they didn't really move at all. It all depends on how thick the strap is you use.

But too thick, and it won't fit or you'd have to force it (not good), too thin and there's a little play.

I'd be mostly wanting it on leather which sounds like it works well with your end links. Maybe I'll give George a PM. Thanks for the advice.

All of these options look ridiculously nice! Karl anxious to see your end result but looks like a great option! Josh in spite of my disdain for your Penguins anxious to see your results as well:)
