Disrespecting the Rolex Brand

I typically dress in athletic shorts and t-shirts that are over 10 years old and I never wear any nice clothes or shoes. I always have on my DJ II and some have commented to me on why I have such a nice watch but not a nice wardrobe. Am I disrespecting the Rolex brand by not dressing nicer?

Be yourself and wear what ever you like and don't think to hard about this.

Cannot for the life of me think whatever clothes you are wearing has anything to do with whatever watch you are wearing even a Rolex at that time. After all a Rolex is just a watch to tell you the time just like any other watch, and as all watches are just inanimate objects they would not see or care what you was wearing.

Ok. Not sure what this has to do with disrespect to a piece of jewelry.

Rolex will levy a first warning. Next offense will be confiscation of your Rolex by authorities. So you should buy a tuxedo immediately to effect appropriate dress to support the Rolex brand.

I like dressing down like a homeless hobo! Plus watch, to tell the time. Especially when I do the AD crawl

Perhaps our eclectic dress sense might prejudice our chances at being invited to be Brand Ambassador, but mine are as slim to none anyway

T-shirts and jeans are what I wear every day and I what I've worn every day for about a decade.

It has nothing to do with whatever watch I wear, whether the watch costs $25 or $10,000.

Some people know of my watch proclivities, but no one has ever mentioned my wardrobe, I guess, because I'm always appropriately attired for my daily activities.

The whole concept of disrespecting has gotten way out of hand, people, watches, whatever. He/she disrespected me is about the dumbest expression ever.

The only thing that matters is that you respect yourself

I've heard the AD's have a special bulletin board in the back room of each location for this very reason.
And once your picture goes up, there's very little you can do.

I was thinking the scarlet S....

I did read a while back from a car dealers standpoint, the guy you take serious is the one who walks in midweek wearing shorts. That's probably the guy with money/serious intent. So dress down with a nice watch and enjoy!

How you dress is a reflection of you, not your watch.

I'll always remember going out to eat with my cousin once. He wore a T-shirt, shorts, and flip flops. Then we got into his $160K Mercedes and went to get pancakes.

Years ago while driving through 'apple country' in Sebastopol (Sonoma County) we stopped off at a fruit stand and an older man was unloading crates of display apples wearing a dirty T-shirt, blue denim overalls and a tattered straw hat. Upon a quick glance, I noticed that he was wearing what appeared to be a 1675 GMT.

While the combo would probably warrant a citation from the 'fashion police', it turned out that he was the owner of the apple orchard. We didn't get into a conversation about watches but the last thing I overheard him saying was that he had to get back to the house and slaughter a couple of chickens for Sunday's dinner.

I'd say it's more disrespectful to yourself to change who you are because of he watch you wear. Be yourself. I'm sure rolex doesn't mind what you wear as long as the check clears or the cash you paid for the watch was good. :).

I don't shave or cut my hair, I wear a rolex in jeans, t shirt, and sneakers. I hate dress clothes and I changed into shorts and flip flops for my Brother's reception after getting out of my Groomsman Tux after the wedding ceremony. "Do you"...who cares what people think.
