My notes indicate the seller had zero feed-back and that he registered on 22 February.

Ok, let me click the link again.

Same thing, a YM in AU.

Yes, he had it listed as a Yachtmaster (you can see the beginning of the word in the link above), and when you click on the original link, it takes you to active Yachtmaster auctions in Oz as the auction for the fake watch has been deleted, but the crappy chronograph looks like no Rolex ever made, and he apparently had to call it something . . .

Yeah, a while back eBay changed their system up so that it automatically re-directs dead/removed listings to either a single "similar" listing, or an entire search page of "similar" listings.
Sort of confusing once a fake has been taken down and the same link then goes to a different watch.

I don't see this as an improvement.

Nor do I. It would seem there have been some ill-conceived decisions/changes there recently, as if they are on a mission to solve problems that don't exist.
Just a couple weeks ago, they decided to remove the personalized watch list feature. That is a KEY part of how many buyers use the site.
I suppose enough folks complained, as it returned shortly thereafter.

It isn't... Ebay could careless about buyer or seller. They are in it for the money and they have made that clear by their actions time and time again.
