GMT-II "C" and GMT-II 116710 differences?

I've been out of the Rolex scene for a bit and I've been hearing all this talk about a new GMT II"C" and I was just curious, what is this difference in this than last years new released the GMT-II 116710?

Same. GMT IIc is "forum speak" for the ceramic insert.

i always refer to it as 116710 ...... no confusion....:)
