I need help from members from toronto.

How bad is Van rijk toronto when it comes to rolex buying and selling? i've been warned many times to never ever deal with them at all.

Ridiculously Overpriced

Their prices are a joke. I was there last month looking at a sub LV. It was beat-up and they wanted 6800 + 13% tax, no flexibility on the price. I think that ends up being more than a brand new one from an AD! On top of that, the women I delt with was rude and extremely unhelpful.

What are you looking for?

Exactly as stated, they actually think their giving you a great deal when buying from them! The woman you dealt with might of been the owners wife, they sell S/S Daytona's for over 12K. They must pay a high rent on Eglinton ave, they have to recoup it someway.

Try the local AD's like Humbertown or Damiani, they will discount depending on the model.

I agree...don't waste your time. If you are looking for pre-owned, give Harmony House Jeweller's in Grimsby, Ontario a call. It is a very small shop but the owner keeps a small supply of interesting pre-owned watches that he sells for fair prices. He had a YG Daytona on a strap for $12500 CDN which is a very fair price. Above all else, he is a very nice, professional watch enthusiast. If you are looking new, try Knar Jewellers in Oakville as they are the best AD I've been to for service...although Damiani is decent as well.
