I am going to say it’s a real 5980/1R with awful after market mods like all his other watches. It is very hard to tell from this picture of course but that’s my guess.

Yup bracelet looks off, but all the bling on it is probably real and customised so the seller is making an enormous profit mark up on these. This is how the Mafia would run a watch racket... if they haven't already...

In most instances the jewel pieces are not my cup of tea but all this aftermarket crap is laughable. Pay up and get the factory made pieces as opposed to this modified junk

OK about after market or third party. I’ll use Rolex as I’m familiar with their policy, reference non-factory add-one. Send a Rolex to a RWSC with third party stuff. They will remove it before any work or send it back. Rolex is totally against any non-Rolex part.
