Contact info (Rolex Corporate)

Hi guys.

I’m currently moonlighting as a special consultant on a big project and I wanted to see if Rolex wanted to be a sponsor of the event.

Does anyone have good, preferably direct, contact info within the corporate structure? Feel free to PM me so as not to broadcast that.

Thanks in advance.

You would have better luck getting cheese from Biver.

Start with your dealer, ask to send the rep a message. Those decisions are probably Rolex USA, not Corporate.

I will go that route if need be but we only have a year to sort it out so I didn’t want to be bounced around for two months.

It is planned as a global event although the pilot will be domestic, so it should appeal on a global level.

At the end of July I got in contact with this service by email. My intention, as a great admirer of the brand, was to let them know my frustration, regarding the scarcity of some professional steel models at the AD while at the grey marked there are lots of them but at unrealistic prices.
They asked me to ring them up or give them my personal number to call me back. And so they did almost immediately. We had a quite long conversation about the problem... The man on the phone told me they are very conscious of the phenomenon and that they are trying to do everything possible to stop that unbalanced situation. That they are continuously trying to find measures to strengthen the sales procedures to follow by the AD's.
That said, I think this wil be the only way to take contact with Rolex.

I’m not able to get into details at this time since it is in the planning stages, but it will be quite the feat just to pull off the pilot within the US. I’ve had to throttle back the ambitions of those in charge due to the scope...

The plan is to begin in later September next year. The event end and awards ceremony is to coincide with another event as a kick- off surprise. The hope is everyone is blown away and it goes nuclear in short order. With socialist media that’s all but guaranteed. Global magazine coverage will be there too (for the “known” event- I used to be one of them) so word will travel fast.

The 2020 event will be outside the US and presumably quite a bit larger. We have a tentative country in mind already for that.

It is quite possible I will become a full time employee of this client just to manage this.

That’s all for now...

Thanks for the comments and any additional connections are welcome.

PS if I hit a wall I’ll move on. Rolex stands to gain far more than we do.

Freddie- no offense but this is a serious post I made for a legitimate need. If you can contribute something please do, otherwise keep your irrelevant comments to yourself.

Respectfully- J!m

Looks like post #4 would be the right place to contact.

Best of luck to you, Jim. Albeit unlikely, you just never know until you try. Either way I'll keep my fingers crossed for a positive outcome.

I heard back this morning, and although the initial opportunity is outside their current focus/portfolio, I do have another opportunity in the near future that they seemed quite interested in.

So again, thanks for the contact! It was helpful.
