Honest question, why would anyone do business, or trust this 'alleged' ex-criminal, versus the solid and reliable DavidSW or European Watch Company?

Is there some added benefit I'm missing seeing?

Maybe a personal service he provides or ?????

Anyone here have a firm hands-on experience with them?

Well put Steven, and my question exactly.

First, I will not hold his criminal incarceration against him personally, we all make mistakes, he made some, he paid a price, and is entitled to a second chance. Are these robberies suspect? IMHO, definitely yes, but I will not accuse him of anything since I was not there and I do not know. I am glad no one was hurt, regardless of the circumstances, and hope this is all cleared soon.

But do BUSINESS with this guy and TPG!?!?!?!?!?!?! Never, I don’t care how good the deal appears to be. As you put it, there are too many other options like David, Tony, OC Rolex etc. Even if I were to pay more/earn less, it is worth it.

Yet even a casual onlooker sees far too many questionable 'coincidences' surrounding their 'business'. Why anyone would.... seems to me there's far more to this story. Maybe the first full service is included free of charge?

TPG literally Invited this to happen; posts private details of your life, locations, hard assets, cash, watches, then... leaves the door unlocked! No cameras, alarm system or protection measurements? If I'm an insurance adjuster looking at this something smells fishy. Time to rethink how you do business and turn down the high profile lifestyle.

It's his 'coolness' persona. Everybody wants to be the popular kid's friend, because that makes you cool by association. You get to be his friend by doing business with him.

Some people are just heavily swayed on a notion of his smoke and mirrors.

Just because I don't get it, doesn't mean that the droves of his followers don't either.

Funny. My question is who in their right mind would consign their watch with him??? Does not have cash to buy 85k watch but signs a 95K a month lease. Dont wish failure for anyone but this is not going well

If the LE investigation uncovers a fraction of their previous antics, they will look deeper into the potential for fraud. Tony/Travis may find his way back to prison faster than anyone thought. At least in prison Travis has a marketable skill.
