They ran an investment scheme where viewers of the show could pay $2000 to join a private facebook group where they’d post watches for sale at lower than their retail price. They raised $2M from 1000 fans.

They didn’t raise it all. I’ve heard figures ranging from $300k - $750k.

Edit: 300 people so that would put them about $700k.

No way they're doing this for drama. If they had one of my watches on consignment and weren't returning my phonecalls, I'd be calling the cops and putting in a theft report.

If it is all drama, they should have called me first to tell me what they were going to do and then I'd tell them to mail me my watch back within 24hr BEFORE they pulled this stunt.
