haha, that's one way. Guess it could be brushed by myself, but altering Rolexes is not something I'm comfortable with. I'm really hoping Rolex will come through in the future and ditch the polish, or atleast offer a brushed alternative.

It's funny I didn't think I'd like the PCL's either but I actually really think they look great now. It just makes the watch look that little bit different from the Subs which are also great but, it's nice to have the distinction. I'll see how I feel in a year or two though when they are still scratched up.

Couldn't agree more. At first wasn't sure how I would feel. Then I loved them. Now that small scratches are forming I'm wondering again about what having brushed center links would be like on the watch...

I'll add myself to the owner's register...

I like the PLCs. The watch is casual enough by day, but by night the PLCs help make it look fancy as various subtle lights glisten off it. It adds to the watch's versatility. If one wants a tool GMT, buy the EXP II.

It does appear on these that many of the cyclops magnifications are less than 2.5x. That is the case with my BLNR. Certainly, I don't care as the date is perfectly legible, but it definitely does not fill up the entire date window. It just seems like a trait of many of the new BLNRs.

OK now I have to buy one. I've been trying hard to decide between the BLNR or the all black GMT. This tread has shown me the way. Thanks everyone! :)
