DJs are so versatile and timeless. I think I'm going to start my hunt for one with wg/ss.

I am on the verge of buying a DJ41 with a champagne dial but I am slightly conscious the champagne dial might create a bit too much attention so I could be swayed to a blue dial SS to fly under the radar. Anybody with a champagne dial what are your thoughts? Does your watch receive a lot of attention?

To answer the Searcher above.
No this hasn’t received any attention at all when worn in my daily life. My only Rolex that did that was my Polar Explorer 2 which is sadly no longer with me. I will never sell this DJ41 though as it is simply perfect. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

One thing in common though, (for many of these pics) other than the obvious DJ41 ownership, and that’s the total eclipse of the wrist by the watch case! |

I never had to make a decision that hard concerning a dial colour of a watch..
My favourite dials are black, dark rhodium and blue, but it's nearly impossible to pick one of them, which i like the most. Help me Gesendet von meinem SM-G950F mit Tapatalk |

It's passable, but we need some better aftermarket strap options for the DJ41.

So I’m cheating a bit here as I don’t have a wrist shot but I handled a 41 in rhodium with smooth bezel and jubilee at an AD today and man, what a watch. If you’re frustrated by the Rolex Professional Debacle, check out the DJ 41. Extraordinarily versatile. The smooth bezel on jubilee honestly makes one hell of a sports watch, yet would be right at home with a suit. I’m a relatively small wrist (6.75) and found the proportions just about dead on. Modern without being overly big. Rolex nailed it with this one.

[QUOTE
Re-postig the pic..am I a Datejust II owner not a Datejust 41 owner? Has my whole life been a lie!?!?[/QUOTE] I can see the pic but if you have a 116 model than you have a datejust 2 if you have a 126 (2017 and new) then it’s a datejust 41. They are both 41mm but the 116 is slightly chunkier Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
