I’ve been trying to purchase a 114060, it seems a lot of private sellers are getting around msrp. I’ve been offered a few around msrp or the seller contacted me a few days later and lowered their price closer to reality.

Seems like a lot of the greys are still too high for me. I don’t like paying such a high premium for a used piece and could be without warranty or all original goodies.

First time i saw explorer 1 on the shelf. The one missing is tt sub black that looks like going to the new owner. I was just there 5 mins ago before i took this pics and a tt black sub was still there now its inside the room being sold.

Another signal is stock. If you look at the famous grey dealers, there is a lot of stock on hand compared to six months ago, signalling prices are not what buyers are willing to pay. For example one famous grey used to have about 14 pages watches 6 months ago, now up to 20.

I live in Nyc, if you walk down the diamond district there is no shortage of any model there.

There was a pic a few months back of the inventory. It was like a candy store AP,PP Rolex, etc... Are prices still crazy high??
