Tomorrow will be a critical day in determining whether get the watches and cash back or whether I unleash a tornado of legal activity on Andy Hayes. He knows what he has promised to law enforcement, and he knows what he has to do to avoid some very expensive and protracted problems.

Trust me man, this ain't dead... We're just patiently awaiting either a resolution, or an official 'release of the hounds' - of course, initiated by Joey.

For his sake, I hope he does the right thing ...... even though jail time is what he deserves.

All in all I wish you the best Doc, I feel bad for your situation and am amazed at this whole story....thanks for sharing.

I been following this thread for the past few days. I really hope that you are able to resolve the issue. I hope in the first instance you are able to recover your watches and money. Secondly, that you are able to see justice done. People who practice fraud deserve to go to jail. this is the only way to stop them.
I'll keep watching this thread with interest. I'll just hop over to put a welcome note on, as I'm new on this forum.

Yes Joey , we are all keeping our fingers crossed . Time is unfortunately not on your side in these situations . I believe if the guy had some remorse or felt that he was really cornered he would have returned all or at least the watches by now . If he had the time to sell or pawn them the money might have gone towards something he cannot get it back from . He will be caught , most certainly convicted but is that going to get you your money and watches back . You cannot get blood out of a stone ...
Lets hope this works out for you .
Let this also be a lesson to us all , pity that Joey might pay for this lesson , these kind of transactions must be done with utter most care and should go by three criteria : References , references and references .

Mike it is important to keep this thread alive until an outcome has been reached. That is why I asked to keep it on the subject and not stray off of it. BTW I was not talking about your post it was the other children on the forums post.

And 357 posts. What a fine number. At least it was that many when I started typing this. LOL

Well I have watched it twice.

However, I'm VERY sorry for the buyer, what a heartburn. Hopefully you will get your watches back, or the promised watch.

I would be devastated.

And for scammers... This is what they deserve:

Very good info for the scammer to be aware of.
