It could be the Rolex booth in W&W2024 where they have displays to show the latest releases tomorrow. Usually they have staff testing the equipments to make sure the event goes smoothly tomorrow. Thats my guess. Could be an AD as well...

Unfortunately, evidently it isn’t. Red bezel would be a total clash with green gmt hand and lettering.
