That is out of spec, might need to be regulated, though from what I understand, if a watch runs consistently slow or fast, there may be absolutely nothing wrong with it.
The real sign of trouble is when it starts behaving erratically: -10 one day, + then the next etc..... |

I'd hold off on doing anything just yet. My GMT IIc started off -6+ seconds a day and has now settled in at -3.5 seconds a day. If after a couple of months it still is not within spec, I'd bring it to a Rolex Service Center and have them regulate it.

I don't think that what has happened to you happens that much. Such a big difference after the break in.
