These are not original Rolex stickers. It is a custom-applied protective foil, just like in expensive cars, which prevents splinters when driving fast on the highway.

Thanks! Picked it up from the fine folks over at ewatchparts.

And guys, don't flame the guy who has his watch fully stickered up. LOL The next owner will reap the benefits and get to unwrap it like it's new and enjoy it as God intended!
