Gator or Croc is dressier than bracelet which is dressier than buffalo or cowhide.

Bracelet on your wrist. Your wrist is small for the lug to lug length of the DJII, so the leather strap visibly disappears/can't be seen. You should consider a 36MM DJ.

My vote is for the oyster, although it would look great on a jublilee.

Gotta get those Etur end links if you want leather and dressy.

Look at how Rolex supplies their DJ with leather strap option, or the Daytonas.

I think it is difficult to generalize. You can wear a suit in many different ways and depending on the colour, cut, and accessories it can look sporty, casual, or formal.

If you ask me what is dressier, I answer leather (although I am not in general a fun of it). But that answer can quickly change depending on your actual style.
As somebody else has noted, on your wrist the oyster bracelet looks better.

My point is that it all depends on what is your style. The same oyster bracelet may look sporty or very formal depending on "how" you wear your suit/dress.

ps: leather gives you the chance to match your belt and/or shoes.

In this particular case, the oyster works better, imho!
