Keep the LV. It's more unique and gives variety of color.
Is the Daytona coming from an AD or grey? I'd agree Sub, GMT and Daytona is the perfect trio. And then in a year or so I'd sell the BB58, Zenith and Explorer, save a bit and get a DD40. Then you can say you are done. :) |

Black is just way to common, imho.

Dump the Explorer. If thats not an option let go of the LN. Much easier to replace than the LV and based on what you said you did pay gray Market price for it.

If you love both subs equally, I'd say keep the LV mainly because it would be tougher to replace if need be. I just received one recently and its a pretty nice do it all watch.

Keep the LV, I was never a fan of the older LV but the new one is perfect. Not too monotone, a little splash of color that is totally unique. If you want something low key you have a pretty simple explorer as well.

I would keep the black sub. There are times I just like to wear a larger sports watch (i.e. larger than my Explorer) without too much flash and colour. You have plenty of flash and colour with your other options already.
Explorer = stealth Black sub = kind of stealth Everything else = A bit more 'look at me' |

Help Me Decide On Which Sub To Keep
Quote:
Keeping within the original parameters of your question, Id go with #2. Now, if it was the original Kermit rather than the Starbucks, Id go with #1. :) I love the Explorer. I have a similar lineup as yours and find that my 114270 Explorer is the most versatile of them all. It truly is the one watch that looks perfectly at home paired with a suit and tie or shorts and flip flops. Borrowing Mossos favorite phrase: its perfect in the boardroom and on the boardwalk. Its also a watch that flies under the radar and can be worn in sketch areas without too much concern. Adding to its versatility is the fact its a strap monster. Another consideration is that if you acquired the Explorer from the grey market you may lose a little or only break even on resale. Option 2!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I think you'll be able to replace the LN in the future if you choose.

The comments on the explorer are funny.
I have 4 GMT's and 3 Subs and the Explorer holds a special place in my heart. I'd never sell it.

There will always be a LN produced but LV might eventually be discontinued, making it harder to get back if you decide you want it back down the road

If individually comparing LN vs LV, Id keep the black LN for sure.
Considering your collection as a whole, Id keep the green LV. Very nice collection you got there. |

Dump explorer and keep both. Otherwise keep the LV.

I would get ride of the LV as it has more value and you purchased it Grey. Use the funds for the Daytona.
