I've been saying this for years. Look at a full length mirror. Wrists shots are the worst (and sometimes even looking at your own wrist) Also, arm type matters. ( limbs that are slim and slender vs thick and stockier). Also, some warches work better with short sleeves and some better with long.

I always thought my 39mm exp 1 looked right but when I saw a photo of myself in short sleeves it looked like ladies jewelery.

7 and a quarter inch, I think it fits just fine. Hope to join the club sometime soon.

They are huge, can’t do it and I don’t even have small wrists.

6 3/4 inch wrist, 5'8" and 151 lbs and the Sky Dweller on Jubilee feels just fine to me. My new 41mm sub on Oyster actually feels heavier/clunkier on my wrist to me than the Sky on Jubilee but both are easy to get used to.

It's a big watch, for those who can carry it off, It's the best of the best, in complication and wrist presence. Love mine!!

I find the SkyD to be fine in terms of look and feel on my wrist. I also have some Panerai in my collection so that has made me comfortable with the larger size watches.

I think maybe because of the white face, or because of the thickness of the watch (14mm), this did wear larger on my 6.5" wrist than my other 42mm watch (10.7mm). Maybe you can decide for yourself here, but the thickness and size of the SkyDweller made it a bit more difficult for me to wear around (thus I sold it, but at a bit of a financial regret it seems).

I tried one on and thought it felt huge but my tastes are pretty conservative. I think part of the issue is it has a DJ vibe to it so maybe seems too large for it's genre? If that makes sense? If it was a dive/sport watch it wouldn't seem as big.

Personally I never thought twice about it. Thought it was just a bit too blingy and flashy. But then I walked into an AD and tried on the exhibition model and my mind changed completely. Love the way it sits only my wrist and how it looks. Now it’s on my ‘wishlist’.

Here’s a picture of the exhibition model. My wrist is 7.75 for reference.

Echo the sentiment on sight unseen inexperienced purchase. It's too big, doesn't fit you and it owes you 15 thousand bucks.

They honestly look way too big in many wrist shots, but some people like this look.

New Rolex Skydweller...Ugh

Tried an exhibition one recently and even though fitted me (7 inch round wrist) is too big and thick for my taste

The skyD is a large watch without doubt but also chalk and cheese in comparison to a batman. One is sporty and the other is classic. Most who don't know will think it's just a DJ.

Personally I don't see the batman and SkyD in white overlapping in wear, different watches for different occasions.

Here is a pic showing the size difference.

I like that it’s big and quirky. That’s why i picked one up. Super comfy on jubilee ~7in wrist here.

Had a blue and found it wore too large; tried it on before buying and thought I could pull it off. It never sat right so goodbye SkyD,

It fits well on my flat 8.25" wrist when I tried on the exhibition piece. I like bigger watches for obvious reasons. I'm deciding between a SkyD and D-blue DSSD. As others have said, if it doesn't work out, sell it and move on to the next.

This is the issue, it’s a huge DJ, lots of shiny polished steel, prominent fluted bezel and enormous dial.

I’ve tried it, wears so much bigger and heavier than my black ROO44, which is the same thickness but also appears much slimmer on the wrist.

Cool idea and looks ok as an object but it’s way over the top on the wrist for my taste.

Im 5'8 and I denied offer twice in the last two years for a skydweller. It just too big for my wrist and I don't flip watches.

It's a paltry 14mm thick? Coming from SD43 the SkyD is downright dainty.

Yes I've tried it on. Never worn something that looks like a "datejust" but this is a really cool watch. Rolex managed to roll a hide a lot of features into this one, I'm a fan.

I wish they put the annual calendar function of a skydweller in a DJ or DD. Basically the SkyD without the 24 hr wheel. I have never liked that function... if youre gonna have it, use a third hand like w the gmt.

A ceramic Coke bezel Sly Dweller with a red GMT hand. One to look out for. If they can do an upside down GMT, anything is possible.
