Congrats! Quick question--you mentioned that you got an appraisal. Was it for MSRP or higher?

I should have been more clear I didn't recieve the appraisel yet. I recieved 2 appraisels for full msrp and 1 appraisal on a DJ41 750. over msrp. I'm not sure how the Blnr will come in @ 10 days I'll see.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. I really wasn't expecting this one. Thanks to my wonderful AD (John) who made it possible for me. It felt more of a conquest at first but now the real beauty is sinking in the more l look at it.
