i agree on checking the fit. I went to an AD and tried on a variety of Reverso models. I ultimately picked the Grande Reverso 8 day. I actually like the added height of the watch, gives it a bit more of a masculine look to it, just fit me better, and that's what I walked away with.

Finally after a wait of a few days my package arrived. I am delighted to report that the size is actually great on my 7 1/4 inch wrist.

I really like the size and overall proportion of the 986 Duodate. The Grand Reverso Duo and Grand Reverso 976 are also pretty awesome.

To anyone who is thinking that the Duo models might be a little too thick and are therefore focused on me ultra-thin versions, I would say that even at 11.1 mm the Reverso Grande 986 Duodate does not seem to be too thick.

Hi Wazen there are two on the market at $19k and one went at auction in November at Christies for €10,650 plus 10% tax.

What value would you put on the watch?
