And while it’s a Daytona, this one would solve your concern about the smaller 116500 because the 116506 is (and wears) bigger. It fills the wrist perfectly. My wrist is 7 1/4 - 3/8” for reference.
That is a thing of sheer beauty - congratulations

That is a beautiful shot you really caught that one well. Mines not been worn for a while you’re making me want to go get it today!

Whats your opinion?

My current thoughts;

Smurf, YG Sub blue dial, CHNR Full RG

Any others to consider?

Thanks

WG Daytona. Looks ‘low profile’ ish but has the feel and weight of a full gold watch.

DD is a sport watch which is subjective anyway DD tells the day and date gmt tells the time in another time zone both have same wr

If you consider DD40 a sports watch (I don’t):

I’m really getting the bug. In all honesty I’ve been waffling the idea in my head for years and I kind of think I need to just do it. I always come up with an excuse, but then end up flipping other pieces, this may be the thing I need in my life

Looks great by the way, killer piece!

I would have to agree, my friend.

I can think of many PM's I lust after, but it's only this one that is a must have in my collection.

I assume you mean a Rolex PM sports watch, because I think an "ultimate" PM sports watch would be from PP, AP, or RM.

If limited to Rolex, then Platona.

I’d agree that it’s the 50th Daytona...the diamond dial is a nice option but I prefer the working lumes!!!
