And yes, it will never be a safe queen, it was just too much to have the damage so soon, I tried to live with it but when I found I could fix it for a reasonable price I had to do it.

The pictures I posted were really bad and it's gone now. I didn't have a good macro set up. Put it this way - half the time it didn't look like a big deal and the other half of the time it looked hideous to me. $200 isn’t bad at all. I would have done the same thing. My only concern would be what color the next bezel will be since they are having such a hard time getting the colors right.

Just heard from Dallas RSC, technician says my watch is running out of spec slightly so they asked me for my warranty card. They are going to regulate while they are replacing the bezel, $120. Cheapest I've ever gotten by on a Rolex repair..
