I just checked a few Celebration listings with TS’ here and I see that yellow ball around the Rolex just like the other guys version and also others like yours. I think there may be some slight variations on these dials or maybe it’s the angle.

Example from OC Watch Guy listing:

Perhaps it is the size? 41mm vs 36mm etc

That would make a lot of sense.

Good theory

It’s the size… 41 = L barely touches. 36 = LE is well into the yellow bubble.

Here’s a 36:

While on a cruise late last year we stopped by John Bull as my wife needed a silver necklace. They had a 31mm Celebration and she asked to try it on. My wife asked if they had the 36mm, nope and as we know they are nearly unobtanium. I love it too, yet am realistic of my desires versus the reality of what is possible. I'd never ask for a plat 'tona with display back because surely there are others who... you know.

Of course she'd love a 36mm, and me a 41mm, as we have no true matching his/hers timepieces.

Yep, I think thats a right. The 31 is also like the 36, yellow ball touches more of the LE in Rolex.

Today he had to come back out to repair one more part that was ordered and he wore this! My wife was there and she sent me the photo. I was floored haha didn't get any details on it but, there it is!

Edit: does the dial seem a little darker than usual? At least darker than previous photos I've seen.
Looks like a replica dial to me

I'm inclined to agree. The size seems to make a difference when trying to plot various aspects of the dial.

Here's another picture of my wifes 41mm.

And another.

Just spent 10 minutes scouring the internet looking for celebrations with yellow bubbles misplaced!! I need a life!

36 and 41 I worked out differ. But I've been beaten to that answer!

Got my 36mm in Oct. 2023. It’s pretty difficult to get and is being discontinued from what I’ve heard

It's all speculation at this point since it's such a wild dial. They may d/c in March of 2024 or 2034 for all we know. How long was the production run on the pastels?

The colored dials (turquoise, yellow, coral, green etc) were announced in 2020.

Celebration dial was a couple years later. I think 2022.

This. If Omega had produced this dial they would be getting killed by 100% of the TRF membership.

Always weird to observe how the Celebration dial haters waste their time polluting threads devoted to these watches.

Best shot on here is the 41mm with the Alhambra VCA turquoise bracelet, I need to text my VCA SA and order that piece it matches perfectly.

Those colors were announced in September 2020, some of them were discontinued in March 2022. Very short run.

The celebration was introduced in March 2023.

I hope the celebration does not get discontinued in April 2024

Won't be surprised if it is done in 2025.

MDiddy, I recently acquired the 36mm a couple weeks ago and I barely bought any watches from this store (Explorer and BB58) nor do I keep in touch with them. However, I did receive an allocation earlier this month after showing interest in October upon seeing it in the metal. I’m pretty sure it was being offered to many others before they asked if I wanted to purchase it so I think it really depends on region. I’ve heard that others have bought the watch with little to no purchase history with the AD. Wishing you all the best in your journey and I bet you get one! :)

As I just learned, getting one of those from VCA is akin to getting a Daytona from an AD

Van Cleef and Arpels- it’s a jewelry designer and has individual stores as well.

There are fewer 2024 celebration’s on Chrono than Pepsis, and the Celebration has 3 sizes, so maybe that is an indication of rarity.
Sorry if someone asked already, but where are these rumours coming from? I have tried searching in various places online and only keep finding "i heard rumours"
