I honestly think the honorable thing to do is to sell it to a verifiable buyer who responded to your ad. Sure, you could retract the ad, then list it for a higher amount, but I wouldn't.
You listed an item for sale at a set price (which you thought was high), and received offers to buy it at that price. Sure, there is no "legal" requirement to sell, but sometimes "legal" and "right" don't always agree in my experience. Just my .02, YMMV. Good luck! Rick |

there are also some buyers who have a bad habit of negotiating for very dollar but once you told them it’s sold, they will offer you $50 above what you sold it for.
