I think it's a very nice watch. I love the dial myself. I read somewhere that on the non limited edition of this watch they only have horizontal lines but on the 007 edition they have added vertical lines too. This is a hommage to the grill on the front of the Aston Martin. I think of all the bond limited editions this is my favourite one. On my first ever thread I said that I was on my way to the Omega store and happened to walk past the rolex store on the way. That was when I saw the explorer 2 for the first time, which I have since bought. I was actually on my way to the Omega store to take a look at this watch haha. Enjoy the watch, now all you need is the tuxedo and Aston Martin.

I believe this Bond watch was the official "Casino Royal" watch, except that Bond never wore it in the movie. Am I correct?

He wears the PO in Casino Royale, AND the blue SMP in the casino, although you don't really see it properly.. but it's the blue dial not black

This is the watch I was referring to. It's the official Bond limited edition that was introduced for the movie, though as you/I said was never actually worn by Bond during the film.

That's a fan made picture, that watch came out in 2008 for Quantum of Solace, not Casino R in 2006.. and again wasn't worn by Bond

How limited is the Skyfall PO? I like the look but they are so much more money than a basic Ceramic PO. Will that cost/value hold over time?

They are limited to 5007 pieces, I don't think they will hold a lot of their value.

They made 3007. Wouldn't they go up in price over the next coming years?

It's very cool but I think the Seamaster special edition one is better looking.
