Pretty sure this is the metallic pink. OP is referring to the candy pink I believe it’s only in 36mm

My AD to mention that he saw more op 36mm candy pink than 34mm pink. My wife prefers the pink on the 34mm than the candy pink. The reflections are incredible on pink.

How difficult is it to acquire a turquoise or green in the 36MM from an AD?

In some ways it does:

Steel Daytona comes in two configurations, the OP36 comes in six (not counting Celebration) and the OP line overall comes in 24 (not counting Celebration dial). Let's say Rolex makes 5x the number of steel OPs as steel Daytonas (120,000/yr of the former, 20,000 of the latter, to make this easy). If dials are split evenly, there will be 5,000 candy pink OP36s, and 10,000 of each Daytona dial.

Even if there were 2x the number of OP36 and steel Daytonas made each year (we'll use 30,000 and 15,000 to make it easy) there would only be 5,000 pink OPs but 7,500 of each Daytona dial (the full 15,000 if one is indifferent to dial).

Turquoise is very difficult. Green less so but still a pretty long wait.

the candy pink i believe is no longer available in 31mm. May have been discontinued when the other colors were. Right now candy pink is only in 36

I didn’t know these were so difficult, I asked for this and they tuned it around in a week or so.

This was beginning of this year.

I have heard that allocation of these to ADs changed recently. When they initially came out apparently they could show up completely out of wack, like one store getting mostly yellow and almost nothing of the other colors.

My wife saw this watch and asked if it can be bought in an AD.

Guess it's still hard? Is it sub hard, GMT hard or even Daytona hard?

The pictures in this thread make color even more vibrant.

I asked my AD for a sub date, a BLNR and a candy pink 36 OP 4 years ago. He delivered on the sub and the GMT, still no sign of the OP. I’m in the DC area for reference, we don’t have a lot of options for Rolex ADs, I don’t know if that has anything to do with the availability.

I spoke to my AD recently and was told if one ever comes in, I can have it. My wife will have to wait. Got her something else in the meantime.

Pink is always hard to get, but yours could be different, good luck in your search.

May I ask which ADs since I am also in your area? Also do you have a lot of purchase history?
