You go on the ADs website and in used section they only show discontinued pieces or used under retail pieces. Go to the website of the grey dealer they show same pieces plus unworn modern pieces. If you walk into the used watch boutique of the first AD they will have all those same watches the grey dealer has. And why does the second AD agree to it? Because they do the same thing in Maastricht where now the first AD owns the grey and they own a used watch store.

At least Mercury is being honest to their clients instead of doing BS backroom deals with another ADs and hiding it. I'd take transparency over them backdooring their watches to their used boutique 200m away any day of the week.

How that dial pops is just amazing.

Any real pictures of this Bluesy?

No need, you've already decided, you just won't admit it.

FWIW, I concur. Classic is classic.

My IDEAL version of the Sub would be a no date version of my new Kermit

The main thing is buy what you love to wear.

For me if it's the same price, I like TT better than SS, I would go with TT.

In your case, TT is cheaper, definitely I would go with TT but if you like SS more than TT, go with SS.

Many feel uncomfortable with TT because more appear and prefer SS. I think TT is an excellent daily watch

I really don’t understand why the green Anniversary Subs are not no dates? The date Sub came out in 1966/67, and the original in 1953. Meaning, in 2003 the 50th anniversary Sub (original Kermit with date) was incorrect — it should have been a no date. The 50th anniversary of the Sub with date was 2016.

A 124060LV would be easy to create and IMO would be stunning.

This is a fair point & not something I’d considered previously.
