Looks brand new, but the "before" pic you put doesn't show the wear as well as the previous pics of the beginning of the thread, in any case it's great as you clearly have a brand new watch

Close call, but I prefer the After. I don't think it was so bad in the first place.

Looks amazing man! Congrats.

Just out of curiosity. It wasn't just for the scratches on the before pics right? I doubt that would have bothered you so much to take send her away so soon.
I don't think the angle at the pics you posted shows the change in shape that you state; at least I don't see it.

Also. Why did you buy it after the previous owner did that to it then?
Just out of curiosity of course. Did the pictures not show it? Or was the deal just really great?

Either way; Congratulations and wear at best health!!

Thank's all!

It was worth the wait and the money. It seems the before pictures were too bad to show the poor condition of the case.

Yes Xeal, you are right, I did a good purchase-deal. That is the reason I bought this one, the gray cirquit has no patient to wait for Patek repear-service. They go for the quick money, and that is where I came in.

3 months ago i received my bnib 5711, this 5980R is now in exactly the same condition. Above expectations!

Some pictures of the pick-up this afternoon......

Beautiful! Like new, seen the perfect results before from Patek and that helps me wear my PPs without second thoughts I scratch it or so.

Looks like Citroen in Amsterdam, nice store and good service!

How amazing!
Congrats i am really glad for you.
Did it take 2 months?

Did they have to send it to Gva or was there a service centre where you live?

Which would you say you enjoy wearing more. 5980 vs 5711. Stupid question?
Does seem like the 5980 wears slightly larger.

Thanks and i'm happy for you!

Thanks and i'm happy for you!

It took 4 months to get it back from Geneva.

I enjoy the 5711 a little more. Because of the comfort and the blue dial.

Thanks!
