Hey!

Business as usual for me. I couldn't make my yearly trip here for the past two years but being back, everything feels absolutely normal.

There is a noticeable increase in police presence down at Playa del Carmen but the streets are bustling and the tequila keeps pouring.

From the Hotel Zone all the way to Yucatán, the Riviera and downtown Cancun, have felt safe.

I'm from Medellin Colombia so I don't exactly drink the travel advisory Kool-Aid.

i was in Cancun in March, they had a Deepsea, but i passed, the manager, told me they just sold one a few days before..so i guess they had 2 the same week.

Nice watch but you will NOT get your tax back in 45 days like they promise. It took 6 months for me to get my tax back from TaxFreeMX but at least I got it back. My refund was a little over $2400. It is very frustrating they they tell you 45 days and the brochure say 45 day but when you search the web you will read a lot of horror stories and no refunds ever. They have a facebook page too that you can read up on. I emailed them every two weeks after the 45 days and they kept saying it is the Mexican government holding it up and they run very slow.
I hope it works out for you and be patient.

That’s odd. Submariners are not sold out all over the world. In fact, it’s one of the easiest watches to get especially in the US
