I got the watch back yesterday but I don’t know if RSC did anything. RSC didn’t provide a receipt for me. The AD provided me a receipt. The AD tells me that RSC updates the system so the AD can see what was done however the system only says “check movement” and has no description of what was repaired.

I would be surprised if they actually did a movement service. The turn around time right now for all RSC is about 6-8 weeks for a full warranty service of the movement, or longer.
It’s how long it took in DRSC this summer for my 3235 movement watch which seems to be the common ingredient with most warranty issues today.
Seems to me they just did a rate adjustment. How is it running.....

Also the vague and ambiguous paperwork is par for the course with Rolex on warranty work. My papers from DRSC just stated “inspection” and watch received when I hand walked it in and then just said something vague like ready for pick and received by customer when I picked it up months later.

Maybe it was just demagnetized and rechecked.

Seems to be running fine now. Did some digging and the best the AD could come up with in the RSC notes was something about the movement just needing to be relubed. But that still seems weird to me. It was loosing over 60 seconds per day and the AD’s Rolex certified watch maker couldn’t understand why and RSC says it just needed lube? I don’t know what to think but I’m not too confident.

You're bumping a very old thread, but it says online that this location isn't open to the public.

I was just provided this address when I called the RSC in Dallas. I need repairs done and not just a service. RSC Dallas said send my watch here. So. There's that.
