Citizen Eco-Drive gets my vote for best cheap (relatively speaking) watch.

Vintage Bulova Accutron is my new go to cheap watch. Currently I'm wearing a 1969 model.

I've found you can find them for nothing, and sometimes in lots, on ebay or auctions. They usually just need a new battery and they're good to go.

FIRST POST! (long time lurker, finally signed up to give my two cents)

VSA DiveMaster 500 in titanium. Best $325 I ever spent on watches.

What type of battery do you use? I have a '68 I would like to wear, but, no one seems to know what battery to use.

Luminox G-Shock, Citizen Eco-Drive, and now a Invicta Pro Diver Automatic with a Pepsi Bezel. I bought it to see if I liked the Pepsi Bezel, I do, and kept it because it keeps time to the second on my wrist. How can you not like an automatic which keeps perfect time?

Tissot T-Touch. I love this watch. Size is right. With a Seiko Pathfinder I need to refer to the manual. This is touch the crown, then touch the crystal for compass, or altitude, or chronograph. As a hiker it really comes in handy. Also a great kick around watch.

My daily beater I wear while driving a tow truck. I bang the crap out of it and it looks good. I've even been told it looked cool during a fuel delivery on a service call.

I think my next one will be a Bulova bva96125

An absolute classic. I've had two of those F1s in that same color scheme. I recently sold the last one and upgraded to an F1 chrono (below) but I miss the standard original F1.

Rolex DJ 2 tone jubilee. cheap is not the price but the way its made. I have a $700 JeanMarcal that I love over the rolex. The Rolex is older and has the plastic crystal not sapphire so it scrstches very badly.

I've found this TAG to be a good beater. Wish I could find an automatic in this color scheme.

Here's my frugal fleet. A Monster mod, a Seiko 5 I won on another forum contest, and a couple of Citizens EcoDrives.
