Can I reject the premise of the question but answer it yes at the same time?

What do you think and do your wifes normally wears TT Daytonas. I have 116500 LN and think it would look good, if we wear them together during vacation or while going to the restaurant.
My wife only wears men’s watches and always has. She’s 5ft 2 and very petite. Her main watch is Tudor TT Chrono on a Bund strap. She also has a 42mm Panerai and a 18kt YG Tag Heuer Monza. If you ask her, she would say what makes any of her watches a man’s watch?

Absolutely yes. Indeed I think a TT Daytona is the ultimate ladies watch!

Alas my wife says she already has enough....

I think when women wear larger expensive men's watches (Daytone, DayDate, etc), it is great marketing for their divorce attorney's....sort lof like scalp collecting...

Let’s turn that question on its head-

Is it really ok for a guy to wear a dainty 38mm watch, or is that a bit small in 2023?

The Daytona is a strange beast size wise, if we are being completely honest it’s marginal for a male. I know that’s controversial, for everyone that thinks it’s too small there is someone that thinks it’s just perfect.

Anyway, joking aside, it’s fine for anyone to wear whatever they want as long as they are comfortable with it, live and let live!

Think I’ve seen more women than men wearing Daytonas over the last few years. So maybe the better question is if it’s acceptable for you to wear it?

Rolex Daytona on women. Is it acceptable?

LOL! Perfect answer! II’ve been wearing men’s watches, exclusively, for about 25 years. They look good, feel good, and are legible. I have found myself preferring 36-40 mm lately, but many of my watches are 42 and 43 mm. Of course, I’d wear a Daytona, if I liked them . I prefer a Speedy Pro, and have worn one frequently, in the past. While a few of my watches are a bit more feminine, I prefer more classic styles. Anything goes, for anyone.

Not acceptable. Call to all women who own Daytonas please send them to me immediately. Include B&Ps please.

I heard a saying once about the Daytona. It was "Rolex Daytona, a man's watch for his wife". I think the joke was that usually one's wife ends up liking it so much they wear it more than their husband.

I think they look great on women.

Only with the the zenith movement

Of course they are exceptable. The case profile of the Daytona is fantastic and it is the perfect accessory piece for ladies similar to any bracelet or jewelery that is worn for aesthetics.
After all it’s impossible to tell the time on a Daytona. . … I’m not

But seriously
Why not

What year is this? Acceptable? Why does anything have to be "acceptable"? If you want to rock it, then rock it. Why does it have to be accepted? These types of questions are not "acceptable" buy yet, it's being asked. Dumb.

I’d lean towards no. It does wear somewhat on the smaller side, but it’s still a mens watch. Making that large of a purchase I would make sure your 100% it’s wearable. It’s something you don’t want to regret once you’ve already made the purchase. I always try on a watch a couple times before I buy.

There aren’t enough daytonas for men already… let us not get women interested in them too! Lol

It's like a woman driving a 6MT 911 GT3. Forget the concept of being 'acceptable' entirely. It's HOT!!!!

This. Wife has the 116503 and it's her fave. Never had one thought about acceptability.

The opinion of the person wearing the watch is the only opinion that matters.
