Good morning all ! As you can probably tell, I'm NOT a morning person (heck, it's almost 9:30AM here lol).

Allan, I definitely have to give you credit for walking 3 miles a 5AM !!! That's insane !
I usually jog about 2 miles a day after work. If I did that before work, I probably wound't be able to work lol
