Can the 15500OR with blue dial be ordered through AD? or is it a boutique only as well as the 15500st blue dial? I'm very new to AP

Zero purchase history with direct AP boutiques, but had a 15400 from a blue. See my post “AP fell off ghost” and that is essentially why they gave me the allocation.
