Hopefully they don’t take forever. But man what a buzz kill.

What am I missing about the issue of them fixing it? I could see not wanting a watchmaker on 47th street opening up a new Patek but if it is going back to them and they know they messed it up once I would think it would come back in perfect shape the second time. ??
