Congrats! I just picked up my white dial on Sunday. Looks like Rolex delivered a few holiday presents.

Congrats!!!

I'm glad to see that Rolex is still delivering Sports models to their dealers prior to Christmas as I had thought the supply had all dried up all over the world.

But then I saw you own a Platinum Daytona, I thought you must have a thing going with your dealer as youu must be a preferred customer. Anyway congrats you got a great pair now to enjoy!!

Of the two Daytonas the white face will be worn the most. Not worn the Platona much yet. Thanks.

Is it me or does the fit of the end links differ - i.e higher on the Platona?

Good observation. The Platona's look oversized compared to the Ceramic Daytona.

Congratulations! My, those are my grail watches. Pardon me for drooling sir.

If you don't mind, when your AD tells you your DaytonaC is available, did you pay SRP or below SRP? SRP is $12,400 I think.

Because right now I am being offered a preowned white face for about $19,000 from a grey. I'm not going to take it of course.

Anyway, congratulations again! Where to now?

Amazing but that steel will be worth far more than the Platinum in the years to come.

You have my 2 grails. Hopefully I can add the Platona some day but fortunate to have the D500 for now. D500 will be my everyday watch and Platona for special occasions.
