Congrats on the twins. I have the feeling that you will be looking at your Submariner to calculate the last number of hours since you last slept. I hope you and your wife can get the twins on the same schedule. Either way, you won't get a full night's sleep for at least a couple of years!

Hey Paul, You know the other AD south of me is having a big Swiss watch event today with food and they are drawing for watch, we could tailgate for real there and get some pics. Give me a ring if you think you can make it.

Is it the whole bird, Raf, boned and rolled, or a smaller portion, wrapped with other ingredients?

Raf, I'm not sure I'd fancy trying it, to be honest. Do you eat the thing whole, or sliced - oh, and what about the beak, bones etc . . . .

You open the shell a little bit, suck on the juice, which tastes like chicken soup, then you start eating head, bones and all!If legs are too hard, pick them out of your mouth!Spoiler, sometimes feathers will get in between your teeth and are a pain to get out!

Yup, the texture just adds to the flavor. At this point, the bones and beak are still pretty soft although old timers with dentures can have a little trouble...

Well, I am speechless! I'm sure that it probably tastes nice, as you guys seem to like it, but the whole thing sounds very unappetising to me . . . . .

I wonder if the poor things are eaten raw, or are they at least cooked, first?

Boiled at 28 days gestation and served with salt. I will eat a lot of things, but not that. I might eat the broth and yolk, I would have to be drunk to eat the duck, and I never drink that much.

Thanks for the info, Brian Wow!! - I've never even heard of anything like these delicacies, until today. Quite extraordinary, but fair play to those that enjoy them
