I was once offered brand new 111 for a bit less than 5000 dollars. If I were you and could get similar deal I wouldn't even bother to think dropping my 3500 dollars for used one and still unsure about the authenticity and without paper.

Or you could always get a brand new 000 for a little more than 3500..

you were quite lucky guy -- this watch is FAKE

movmt has wrong cotes de geneve finish; movmt is low beat 18kvph instead 21kvph -- it's an Asian clone ; incablock is nonexistant in it; big gears are wrong with rounded screws and beveled, instead flat screws and almost no bevel in genuine

few words -- bad pics , no way - because all that hints I gave you are hard to be seen on bad quality pic's.

best

Agree with you Chaos...

A strong cue for me is always the crown and crown guard, as these are often imperfect. Movement reproduction seems to be getting better and better.

In your first pic, you can see the end of the crown guard lever is sitting well away from the case - Authentic ones sit practically flat to the case edge.

As well, there looks to be an unusual spacer underneath the crown itself. I've never seen a 111 up close, but it looks fairly shoddy, which is a prime indicator.
