My AD services Rolex watches in house. They have a certified technician and he did a fantastic job on my Explorer II. They have said outright if a watch has an issue they cannot handle they will send to Rolex for more complex repairs. Simple services or simple part replacements (which they did for my father's Submariner Date when it stopped functioning) they do in house.

My AD has hired a watchmaker but won't be joining the CPO program until they finish their remodel which includes his workshop.
