BLNR gets brushed sub bracelet

I find it more comfortable as the .... glide lock allows for the perfect adjustment for me, I couldn’t find a happy medium on the standard bracelet. Delivery was 3 days and cost around £1450.

I’ve genuinely bought it to replace my battered sub bracelet having granit worktops it’s taken a beating, but for now it can rest easy on the BLNR

At the AD mate, it’s a replacement for my sub bracelet, I’m guessing you have to own a sub to purchase a replacement.
It will go onto my sub one day, as the Nd sub gets 70% wrist time being the most perfect watch of course..it’s getting a bit damaged and all that, but for now i thought it would look good here..

Thanks very much for the info! Delivery time was pretty quick and the price is around what I thought it might be. It will be another hit to my pocketbook right after I purchase my watch, so I will need to give it some serious thought. However, your thread and pics are really showing how nice it looks! Thanks also for the 2nd set of pictures.

Thanks for the clarification on the comfort aspect. I didn't think about the glide lock and was only thinking about the bracelet links touching the skin. Makes sense to me now.

How much do they charge to brush the PCLs? This might be a more appealing option for me because of the cost. Does this void the warranty? I heard that if you send your watch in for warranty service, RSC does not like to see any modifications whatsoever?

Great alternative, mostly due to the glidelock option. (I am one of those few that actually like the PCLs, especially on a handsome jewel like BLNR. )

Did the glidelock bracelet fit the BLNR perfectly without any modifications? (or did you have to change the end links or spring bars)

The PCL's definitely look good and are not hideous to the watch that's for sure. I just prefer the complete brushed look, as I feel it goes well with the brushed lugs which are on the same "face" side. The polished sides of the case look good since they are on a different "panel" imo. It obviously all comes down to self preference. Years ago the SS Oyster bracelet never had PCL's, and I guess I just like that classic look.

The glide lock wouldn't be a primary reason for me doing this, but is definitely an additional great feature!

Fitted straight on using original GMT spring bars on the Sub bracelet, no other mods... Them were the days... :)

I like this look but also the hulk and BLNR using the jubilee also looks really good too, posted by others recently is very impressive.

I was surprised to see how my brain is use to seeing the BLNR with PCLs. It took me a second to refocus my eyes... but, I think it looks good!
