Dude I don't think it matters what you wore.....
You're wearing a High-End watch & picking up your new Beemer. Just enjoy the moment.

The guy is excited about getting a new car and wants to share it with the forum, why bust his *****. Congrats on the nice car and I think the TT would be perfect. Never thought I would like the TT but they have been growing on me lately.

You see the same thread titles come up again and again and again. Like "Whats everybody wearing today?" thread titles. Guess there are only so few fresh thing to talk about. At least the car/watch title tries to be original. Doesnt bother me at all. |

I guess he should of stated "what watch is on your wrist wednesday" and then stated "hey I am getting a new car any suggestion on which watch I should wear on my wrist" and every one would of been sweet!

Great car, and congratulations. I would love to be in a position such as yours when i am older where i can go out and buy a car like that. right now, it is but a college dream!
I see a few people finding this thread odd - if you dont like it and feel there is little input to be offered, then dont post and leave it to those who are interested! Which colour have you gone for? Imagine a burgundy/dark cherry red colour (not sure what BMW call it, but have seen a few) with a rootbeer gmt.. that would be classy! Wear whatever you want, and thoroughly enjoy the occasion knowing that there is a 21 year old soon to be grad in the UK smiling as you pick it up! I'd go with the GMT personally, icon to an icon |

I wore my Black Dial Daytona when I picked up my bimmer (2010 X5 Diesel) a couple of days ago. Wear the one that will match the color of the car. Mine matched perfectly as I picked up my sapphire black beauty!
Good Luck and Enjoy! |

I am surprised. Being that all of you love nice watches, and like to embrace nice feelings related to owning something as superior and nice as Rolex. You can't grasp the playful idea of OP about which watch to wear when picking up another nice item?
I totally get the OP's point, and I didn't even have to look for it. I also drive a BMW, so I do know a little of what it's all about. Take the TT my friend ! :) - Rollieboy |

I tend to go with the statement that if you are going for the gusto in life- as my friend says, "sucking the marrow out of life", you go buy a Rolex that matches the BMW.
Anyone buying that car in Wisconsin now needs a little winter pick me up. Plus a heated garage for the next five months. What color? |

Nice looking BMW and more pictures would be good.
I'd wear something in stainless steel. Just try not to scratch anything on the car.

Like many here I can't tell you what to wear , maybe the Pepsi ?
I just got a new Pepsi and at the moment it is my favorite. More important : congrats on a great driving machine ! Love the 6. I had a 645Ci in 2004 , was planning to keep it 2 years as I do with most of my cars. Ended up keeping it 3 years and kinda regretted selling it. Was a very nice car. Sporty but very comfortable too. You'll enjoy it.

Well, I did wear the Pepsi but since it started snowing/sleeting when I arrived at the dealership, they recommended I not drive it in this weather since they aren't really snow friendly.
